Mount Temple Down..Yah!

We did Mount Temple.. Wanrted to since last year... It was an awesome challenging hike . After, this I am loking at more scrambles... that was awesome!!!

I also created a page of the 11,000+ peaks in the canadian Rockies... who knows, maybe one day I can say I did them all :)

Messed up this weekend, we were suppose to do heart Mountain and we "slept in" ... ouch!

July 31/10 Cory pass Edith Pass Loop

We decided to do a strenuous hike next so we can up the intensity of the hikes this year.. A little test.... We did Cory Pass Edith pass loop which definately was challenging....

Next up .. Temple... that will our first new one this year.... :)

Working on the new website "hikebuzz.com" . Hopefully have it done in the next couple of weeks.
I won't be doing any hikes until the beginning of July as I am training to compete in the Alberta Provincial Bodybuilding competition on June 26/2010. The hiking just does not fit into the training protocol. It is killing me as the weather is starting to be so nice outside .  Only 10 weeks out and then plan on hiking as much as we can...
